About Good Will Group Of Companies
Goodwill Group of Companies: Driving Youth Empowerment and Inclusive Growth in Cameroon
From humble beginnings in Buea in 2013, a young Cameroonian entrepreneur, Ndikombui Nigel Mingoh, nurtured a vision of building an institution capable of empowering young people and supporting small businesses. Over the years, this vision has evolved into the Goodwill Group of Companies, a multi-sector conglomerate making significant contributions to youth entrepreneurship, skills development, and economic inclusion in Cameroon.
Today, the group operates through several specialised branches, each playing a strategic role in advancing its mission. Goodwill Financial House (MFI) provides accessible financial services tailored to startups and small businesses often confronted with limited access to capital. Through Goodwill Consulting Ltd (GWC), entrepreneurs receive professional business advisory services aimed at strengthening management capacity, improving efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth.
In the housing sector, Goodwill Real Estate focuses on providing accommodation solutions that respond to the increasing demand for affordable housing, particularly in rapidly expanding urban centres. Meanwhile, the Goodwill Professional Institute (GWPI) contributes to capacity building by equipping young people with practical, market-relevant skills, thereby improving employability and fostering innovation.
Complementing these initiatives is the Goodwill Foundation, the group’s social arm dedicated to supporting communities through outreach programmes, educational initiatives, and empowerment projects targeting vulnerable groups. Together, these structures form an integrated platform offering financial support, business guidance, professional training, and social assistance.
The group’s vision aligns with national efforts aimed at promoting youth entrepreneurship, job creation, and inclusive economic growth, consistent with the development drive championed by President Paul Biya. Through its multifaceted approach, the Goodwill Group of Companies continues to position itself as a key partner in Cameroon’s socio-economic transformation.
