The principal of Complex Scolaire Yona situated in the Nkolbisson neighborhood in the nation’s political capital Yaoundé was on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at about 9 am stabbed by his student to near death in his office.
The principal according sources in Yaoundé familiar with the story seized the student’s pullover which wasn’t part of the school uniform.
The student uncomfortable stormed the principal’s office one later to demand for his sweater, but the later would not give him. He removed a knive form his bag and stabbed the principal on his shoulder and stomach. The student after committing the heinous crime tried escaping but with the help and teachers and locals he was caught and handed over to the national gendarmerie.
