The minister of state minister of higher education Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo has received a plan of how the universities of Betrou, Ebolowa and Garoua would be constructed . During the ceremony in Yaounde, Fame Ndongo announced that all the three universities will go operational as fron the academic year 2023/2024. The three universities will comprise of:Administrative block, Pedagogical blocks, Office block for teachers , Laboratory block, Hall of residence , Sports facilities, Restaurant, Library and Solar field
