Two Minors at the Sisia 3 quarter Nkwen Bamenda in the Northwest region of Cameroon have been victims of child abuse by their own father over a 25frs turdle.
Fotso Anderson and Tala Nuel, were tourtured by their own biological father and locked up in chain before been freed by neighbors recently. The children were later handed to the child protection unit of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health services where they are now undergoing psycho medical attention.
Investigations have been opened to bring all the culprits to book.
