Nigeria Seals Ati Secessionist Deal With Cameroon.

President Muhammadu Buhari has pledged the support of Nigeria to the Republic of Cameroon to ensure it remains an indivisible country amid secession agitation.
President Buhari made the pledge recently while receiving Mr Felix Mbayu, a Special Envoy of President Paul Biya of Cameroon at the state house in Abuja. President Buhari noted that Nigeria and Cameroon share historical ties and common borders, which according to him, make it imperative for the two countries to look out for each other’s well-being. Minister Mbanyu was bearer of a sealed message from President Paul Biya to the Nigerian leader. Biya’s envoy later held talks with the Nigerian leader and his close collaborators. Discussions reports hold were focused on enhancing cooperation between the two countries especially in the domains of security. The fresh commitment taken by Biya and Buhari to crush secessionist movements comes shortly after the formation of Biafra-Ambazonian coalition.
