Stand Up For Cameroon Demands Release of All Arrested On Sept.22

Stand UP For Cameroon says the destiny of Cameroon can not be determined by an individual or a political party; but by all Cameroonians irrespective of their sociopolitical and religious affiliations. The coalition of civil society organisations and political parties has condemned what it terms arbitrary arrests of Cameroonians by security forces. It equally demands the release of 4 of its members arrested recently and jailed at New Bell central prison as well as all those who marched peacefully on September 22.

According Stand Up For Cameroon , Mousa Bello, Ntsama Etienne, Minra Angoung and Tehle Membou were arrested on September 18, 2020 and are being held at the New Bell prison for no crime committed.
